Ventajas
- Weekly lunches were a nice team bonding opportunity.
- The best part of my time there was working alongside an amazing team. I’ve made long-term friends, and we still catch up regularly. For that, I’m truly grateful.
Desventajas
- Unfortunately, the leadership, including the Directors and CEO, foster a toxic environment.
- The company lacks clear direction, often chasing "shiny objects" without a solid plan. This results in an overwhelming workload with unrealistic expectations.
- There is a culture of blame. When things go wrong, accountability is deflected, often targeting teams or people rather than addressing systemic issues.
- The company's product offerings are not well-defined or market-ready, making it challenging to sell them.
- Favouritism is prevalent, with opportunities and support often extended to friends rather than based on merit.
- Many employees leave feeling undervalued and broken, only realising afterward that the problem was the environment and poor culture, not their abilities.
- There is a tendency to part ways with talented individuals in favour of personal connections, which undermines the team's overall quality and morale.
- The Directors and much of the Leadership come from a different cultural and professional background, which is not inherently a problem. However, it often translates into a flagrant disregard for local regulations and a tendency to bend or break rules. This creates an unstable work environment and leaves employees feeling uneasy about compliance and ethical standards.
