      Ventajas

      work life balance. But that's it.

      Desventajas

      The team leads are not well spoken and take out their personal grudges on new joiners. They hire girls very easily, even those who dont have any skills. Will force new comers to drink alcohol, will scold them etc if they dont do that. Pay is very low, and deducted tax on intern stipend, which is not legal at all. Too much politics within the company.

      Ventajas

      No pros It is better to jobless than to be in this company. Everything is worst here including the management, people, opportunities offered and the worst is how they treat the employees.

      Desventajas

      The main cons is that salaries are not credited on time even get delayed by a month. The company eats up your performance and loyalty bonus with vague and stupid reasons. No appreciation for the employees working day and night just for project success
