Ventajas
Work well and you are respected well. Take work for granted with lots of attitude, you are unfit. Negative reviews are written by non performing engineers who gets fired which they don't even know that they underperformed. We are almost 150 engineers and we need to work hard to meet deadlines. Place only for engineers who take work seriously. Speak to those who are working than an outsider who write reviews about interviews.
Desventajas
Candidates are rejected who shows attitude during interview though they might be technically good. Occasionally we get the pulse of the candidate who is good based on their programming skills and aptitude. Rarely such engineers are offered job and they write their irresponsible review here. For us organisation and its employees are more important than those individuals who are unreasonable. Right talent, right attitude, right approach and patience is appreciated.
