The CEO is very respectful and hands-on with the consulting business, and a good people-person and problem solver. HR was always professional, respectful, and efficient.
Desventajas
I was once screamed at over the phone by a junior manager after work hours for quitting. That incident had to be resolved by the CEO, and was deeply unprofessional and showed active contempt for employees by that manager. The contract I was assigned to had a natural expiry that we reached, and the firm made no serious effort to keep me around. I never saw any prospect that they wanted to keep entry level talent around.
