Ventajas
Strong product/market fit. A company for engineering and product leaders, built by engineers. Great company culture - everyone cares about making an impact and caring for one another. Great CEO who genuinely cares about the employees and providing them with fun and exciting experiences and opportunities for growth.
Desventajas
Not a con, just a challenge that is unique to us... We do not have external funding, so we fund our own career growth through the performance of our people. This means we need people that are builders, are okay working in "startup mode", and have no problem taking on initiatives they see as opportunities to help Tech9 grow. Not a con, just not for everyone, but extremely rewarding for those that want to be a part of it.
