Ventajas
As a company co-founder, I'm biased - but. the rules of glassdoor require that I be honest about my personal experience. here at Tech Soft 3D. Many of us are animated by the vision we have of helping talented software developers easily create the impactful software that drives the innovation in our world. What we do building 3D SDK's and platforms is cool, but the applications that our partners build on those tools, and the incredible things the users of those applications do are even cooler. We love being a key enabler to all of the innovation going on that makes the world a better place. But even if someone isn't particularly excited by the impact we're having, it's still a great place to be because of the people. The sense of teamwork, mutual support and positive relationships all make me really love being part of this team.
Desventajas
COVID has kept us from getting together as much as we'd like . As a global company with many locations and remote employees, we've been slower to be able to 're-connect' our people in person than companies where everyone is in the same location. Hopefully that will be temporary.
