Ventajas

Welcoming environment that does not discriminate on the surface. The management seems to actually care about the employees.

Desventajas

Very low pay relative to area and compared to rivals. There is an issue with employees being treated properly. The training they provide is extremely barebones and does not actually help you beyond an understanding of the tools you will use. Even the tools that are covered are sparsely done. The pay relative to other companies doing the same thing is extremely low. The ceo does not care.

Ventajas

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Desventajas

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
