Competitive salary, lower level staff all lovely
Desventajas
Absolutely no structure, no support, no one to ones, managers do not know how to deal with their colleagues as human beings, brought in to do one thing but turns out to be different. No transparency. Underhanded tactics. Brought in to work on a massive new contract, was let go as we reached the necessary numbers so no further recruitment required. Used and abused. Saw them do this to another colleague earlier on too, should have acted on that major red flag and looked for other work then. Managers brought in new staff for interviews and then gaslit that they didn’t know what we were talking about when asked.
