Ventajas
Co worker's are great! Fun and upbeat work place! Pay is cool! Positive and fast paced working environment.
Desventajas
Target does not offer any full time positions to its employees unless you are management! Most of the workers at my store work two jobs just to make ends meet because they can not survive off of the ten weekly hours that target provides. Even though you make decent pay the hours don't ad up. Management may play favorites as well. Their is no room for growth because Target hires young kids who are straight out of college with no retail experience to run it's stores, completely overlooking their dedicated and loyal employees who know their jobs inside out, and has worked for the company for years. Sadly only full time employees can get benefits, which is pretty much only management.
