It also makes it easy to fire you for speaking out because you were “given a warning.” -Filing an HR complaint will just get you fired and most people just quit when they feel uncomfortable because they know HR will come after you instead. HR will only speak to you in person or on a call to get away with everything. -You will not get any information written on why you were fired and the severance agreement is written to prevent any legal action against the company. If you need money or health insurance it pushes you to stay silent.
