      Ventajas

      1. The people are fantastic and they create a safe and friendly environment with zero unnecessary bureaucracy and politics. The perks and flexibility of the job are great too. 2. The work assigned, even to freshers is very engaging and interesting. Working on features that end up impacting several customers gives great exposure to the development process and accelerates the growth of skills.

      Desventajas

      The work does get a bit hectic at times since the team is lean, so it helps to be passionate about the work.

      1. Oppurtuinity to directly learn from the CEO 2. Oppurtuinity to really know your calling and work in an area that you can help move the needle 3. Good money 4. Empathy for co-workers

      Sometimes can push you into super challenging situations that require a lot of effort to come out of.

      1. Insanely talented teammates - when you work with such bright minds, you can't help but notice yourself striving for more. 2. You get a ton of exposure and responsibility - they have amazing trust for their employees and this will help you reach places! 3. The Co-founders are amazing - I've never worked with such chill yet professional founders ever.

      Desventajas

      Not really. Only Con would be working fully remote, which I think they've solved for good with a hybrid model now.
