      Ventajas

      The coworkers and supervisor were amazing and helpful in all situations that I needed support.

      Desventajas

      A downside I found was that it was difficult to work out of the position you have. Maybe a bit more time at the company will allow this.

      Poor management, poor compensation, no room for growth, lack of engineering resources, outdated structural knowledge by senior managers, environment can be uncomfortable due to rude and unchecked senior engineers and forced goals by supervisors
