Ventajas

Seem lovely, but very young team.

Desventajas

Having to be in 3 days a week, they would dangle at me being able to be remote like the rest, but that never happened. I’d recommend if you have experience to look elsewhere as it is very basic and will get easily bored. Favouritism was rife, my manager never bothered to get to know me, only spoke a few times, felt like he left the “seniors” in charge of the show. No training progression, unless you’re a senior. Pay is very poor for the hours. Training was very poor.
