Ventajas

Easy to get Convenient Location Training is fast and helps prepare you for the job

Desventajas

No upward mobility unless you kiss your supervisor's behind. I literally saw a guy not get a promotion because he wasn't in the "cool gang". As soon as he started hanging out with the "cool gang" he got promoted. They pass out points like they are going crazy. The pay is less than an average call center position in this area. The managers don't care why you have to take off, if you are scheduled you are NOT taking off.

Ventajas

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Desventajas

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
