Ventajas

I want to shared you About Tp when I was joined this company as CSA they gave me 14k in-hand only and gros was 17.5k so I talked to hr i have 6 month experience in calling but still she did not give me hike 😔 and that time I had no any another company offer letter so I joined this company.

Desventajas

There was politics inside the office like they not provided leave or even on week offs they wanted to come office to extra work there no any incentive or OT

Ventajas

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Desventajas

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
