Ventajas
Most of the employees (including most of the midlevel and lower management) are pleasant to work with.
Desventajas
Top level management is a bit out of touch and not open to constructive criticism/suggestions. I've actually been to employee meetings designed to inspire the workers where management has literally said that everyone working at Silver Legacy is "easily replaceable." Pay has been stagnant for many years. There are no paid holidays. Benefits have been cut back and perks like free meals while on duty were eliminated many years ago.
