      Ventajas

      I was given a lot of freedom, my supervisors did not hoover over me and trusted me to take care of my clients.

      Desventajas

      With the down-turn in government funding the company attitude seemed to go into survival at any cost mode. At the end of my contract I was not reimbursed for approved travel expenses and was not compensated for an international move although I had been upon my hire.

      Management cared about employees and encouraged career development.

      Ventajas

      "We're a family" atmosphere Very competitive pay Loyalty to employees ... Mgt cares Fun place to work ... birthday celebrations, company picnics/outings, good sense of work/play needs Time off to take care of personal needs is not a problem at all. Employees are given generous PTO hours in addition to 2 weeks vacation.

      Desventajas

      Cliques can be tough to break into Some "office politics" ... but much less than any place I've worked before
