Ventajas
9/80 schedule is very nice. Off every other Friday. Company is growing due to new contract award. Good place to gain some experience and pay is decent for a young professional. Make sure they hire you as a TCOM employee not a contractor. Multiple work locations so there is more possibilities.
Desventajas
MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. The processes and procedures to accomplish task are out of date and inefficient. They will hire you for one job description and change it when you start. I have been here less than 6 months and have seen 10+ people leave and 5 of those gave no notice. Be very mindful when considering working here and think about where you want to go in life. This place is a very niche market, if you are not passionate about Aerostats would reconsider.
