      Their recruiting service is fast, agile, and flexible. On two separate projects, we were able to pivot to multiple continents with no disruption whatsoever. What makes them unique is that the team is put together by full-cycle recruitment consultants who can run multiple searches across various countries effectively.

      TAM Solutions offers amazing recruitment consulting services, grounded on an amazing working culture, values and vision. Culture is lived top-down and everyone is incredibly driven, motivated, competent, with great team spirit. Rare qualities to see!

      semi frequent paid work lunches and lots of independence in work schedule.

      Desventajas

      can be hard to figure outwho to ask when you dont know something and not a lot of training.
