I’ve worked here for about 3.5 years as a Property Manager, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. Compensation is competitive, and there are real opportunities for growth if you’re motivated and willing to take on responsibility. The environment feels collaborative, and leadership is accessible when guidance is needed.

At times, the workload can become overwhelming, especially during busy periods. Balancing multiple priorities can be challenging, so strong time-management skills are important.

The people there are super supportive and kind. Work times are extremely flexible (within reason) and were very understanding with conflicts.

The work could get repetitive.
