from 2025 sethiya mindset has been implemented. - work from office mon-thurs 8 hours a day from office - no freebies. buy your own food even on company-arranged events - no frequent outings or dinner. hr doesn't care if ur happy or not. - gpr system introduced which makes all your efforts 0 because their grading criterias are so bad - keep sitting on uncomfortable desks without dividers 8 hours/day even if you get back problems - no rec room or relaxing room. - NO FOOD FACILITY. 2 kitchen for hundreds of employees with 2 microwaves. lekin upper management ke rooms main har waqt refreshments jaa rhi hoti hain. employees ko biscuit tak nahin dete chai ke saath - there is absolutely 0 concept of team here. - they put you on bench if they don't have any projects for you which is their fault but give negative marking on it in year-end review even though project acquisition is not a developer's duty :) - 5-10% raise this year. and only one appraisal per year. :) - NO BONUSES EVEN ON EID! please save your peace and don't come here to a company that doesn't even think once about their employees and only cares about making money. these ppl only post on linkedin but employees don't actually get anything.
