      Ventajas

      Lots of highly skilled coworkers. Great employees club. Great cantina. Helps and partially supports extra education. Are very large when people gets sick.

      Desventajas

      Promotions are rare and mostly based on luck because managers have no incentive to promote rather than just hire from the outside. Salary is below average for skill level and working hours. In some divisions people are moved a lot between projects. Likes generalists. Specializing is very hard.

      Very knowledgeable engineers with great scientific application and experience. ISO-13485 certified and using a very sophisticated electronic Quality Managment System. Experts in Extrusion and Molding for medical devices.

      Desventajas

      Small company but lots of expertise.
