You mentioned in your feedback that you completed between 1-2 years with Systango. if you worked for this duration, you know that software to track time on developer's machine was introduced during COVID (a similar software like Hubstaff, Harvest) partly because company was going full remote for the first time. The only requirement was that developers put this on while working from home.
During this whole period, there was no pay cut, no client left us, only because of transition we were able to do to work from home. There are certain practises that every company had to apply to deal with pandemic and to come out of it successfully.
Our loyalty towards our client & growth centric approach towards our employees has played an important role in our organization's growth from 15 to 250 over the years (Which you must have also witnessed in 2 years of span with us) & it would have not been possible if we would have made false promises to our clients or scammed them.
Regarding your feedback on rigid working hours, we always encourage flexible working hours and a happy environment. We work 5 days/week. We ask our team to deliver daily 8 hours of work & we also offer 3 days of relaxation wherein you can ask your lead to mark full day because of short working hours. Looking at your feedback it looks like you needed this for more than 72 Times ( 24 Months * 3 Every Month =72 Times) in your 24 months with us, which I am sorry as a growing organisation we are not able to give.
