Where to begin... Former CEO and founder was ousted for ineptitude of running the business. Hired a CRO to run said business. CRO introduces mediaval selling strategies to attempt create more revenue. CRO has some sort daddy complex where he belittles his subordinates. They literally call him sales daddy, even though quota has been missed every year in his tenure. Buddy is way up on his high horse. HR are literally the secret police. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES. All details of employee satisfaction is either ignored or subjected to scrutiny with no privacy on any employee concerns or whistleblowing. They literally had a review of an employee engagement survey with a panel of regular employees to review the results and ignored and inactioned anything mentioned in that group review. The CCO is also the Office manager of the Toronto office (extra reviews?!?!?). Newly hired staff are pressured to provide fake positive reviews. Compensation is well below market rate. Benefits are terrible, low coverage. No visibility in the commission pay out. Salary disparity is quite obvious, not based on performance and merit rather if you fit the senior leadership corporate cult. No possibility for growth from a compensation or career path perspective. Lastly the product. The customer base every year provides feedback to update the product's UI. Company has been in a beta for almost 2 years and still no substantial ETA of its release. The product has fell well behind its competition, who are bringing new ideas and real upgrades. New CEO wants to transform this company into AI tech. I thought this was a SaaS ITSM company. Only good thing he's done is cleaning house on the Product R&D side.
