Desventajas
1. They always fail to disburse salary on time. Even though they will not inform you that salary disbursement will be delayed. 2. Whole team dependent on a single person who is a project manager of this company and part of management body. So literally there is nobody to talk on behalf of employee. 3. COO of this company always failed to keep his commitment and every time all he can say "Sorry!" 4. Work environment here is worst, like they always rush about analysis, development, testing etc. That's why good quality product never come out of this company. 5. Timely "Yearly Salary Increment" is a term they didn't hear ever. I mean you have to repeatedly request them to increase your salary. After the increment you never know when you will get incremented amount of your salary. They will issue increment letter and tell you "Your salary is incremented, please take it as arrears after 4-5 month or more later". 6.Always give excuse that their project bill is stuck and that's why they can't process salary. 7. Office room and washroom is so dirty. They can't clean properly. During evening time mosquito bitting is so extreme that you can't concentrate on work. They didn't provide mosquito spray. 8. No snacks facilities and partially subsidised lunch but poor catering service. 9. And the last not least if any employee resigned from their company they didn't provide his/her last month salary or other payment. Some of previous employee lodge police complaint or GD to recover their money.
