      Ventajas

      As a study coordinator, the pay was $25/hour. This is average. Turnover rate was very high. Great work-life balance. Dogs and kids can come in to the work office.

      Desventajas

      The Omaha, NE site had a very toxic environment and a PI/Doctor with a short temper, whom was hard to work with. The site had no resources and less than 5 employees as of 2022. Education benefits did not kick in until you've worked there for at least 1-2 years which sucks.

      Synexus US, now a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is a company dedicated to conducting clinical studies and have been investigating the effectiveness of new medicines and treatments for more than 20 years. Company takes pride in fostering an exceptional company culture and great benefits. Overall a great company!

      Working at Synexus US doesn't come with specific downsides, but it's more about offering some advise. The company is on a rapid growth trajectory, which means that being adaptable and flexible is crucial. Every day is a "school day". Embracing change is not just encouraged but essential in this dynamic environment.
