I was very basic with graphic design skills, but my senior took out his time and spent not days but weeks to guide and improve my skills with photoshop and illustrator. When my tenure was over, I was offered a full-time position too, but since I had to go abroad for my further studies I couldn't accept the offer. The best part of my experience at Switchidea has been the mentorship and guidance I got over the period of 3 months.

Nothing specific as in such, they all have been friendly and supportive.

They have a flexible schedule, the environment is friendly and a lot of new things are encouraged. Everyone is given a chance to speak out their opinions.
