Random price increases, then price decreases only a few weeks later - this along with random product name changes only confuses/irritates prospects and clients. This falls on the shoulders of sales to fix and save. From an employee standpoint, you will deal with the poor management and weak decision making EVERY DAY. Sales team meetings turn into ego-stroking time for management and a consistent spew of toxicity. Commissions are a joke. You are promised an OTE, but rarely will you make commission with how unhappy clients are and the month-to-month platform allows them to leave ASAP.
