      Ventajas

      Flexibility, ability to self-manage, and plenty of opportunities to engage with team mates although working in a fully remote environment.

      Desventajas

      Pay could be more competitive and would be nice to have merit bonus' or raises for top-performing employees.

      Ventajas

      Teamwork, Empathy, Support, Friendship, Growth, are only a few words that reminds me of working at Surgical Notes. I enjoyed the entire 17 yrs!

      The doors to the Dallas office were closed.

      Remote work is the only pro

      Desventajas

      The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
