      You might receive good compensation package. Reimbursements are also good. Your voices will be (only) heard.

      Desventajas

      They work mostly on client projects without much consideration on their on own products. You might find yourself developing quick workarounds for individual customer's requirement at the earliest and hence you might face too much work pressure. If you love to follow best code practices, improving application performance or improve existing design patterns , then this is exactly that won't be expected out of you, here.That's only for the JD template. Code reviews are mostly a joke here. Be very careful if you are put in a client project team.

      Ventajas

      Honest, Vertically focused on Insurance, Massive market, Culture & People are focused upon, Hard work is prized, Yet, they don't take themselves too seriously, they like to have fun, you can travel alot on the front lines.

      Desventajas

      If you dont like helping insurance companies... It's not your place, Hard and long problems to solve, Clients demand alot as they are big enterprises, Long sales cycles, products are big and highly resilient, enterprise-grade expectations of people and software.
