Work from home. Supportive team of coworkers and floor managers. Decent benefit package.

Desventajas

You're overworked and underpaid. Treated as disposable by upper management. You're told to take abuse from customers. Be prepared for mandatory overtime.

Thank you for your feedback. We value all of our employees, especially those in the front lines. We are a customer centric organization who also values our customers. They reach out to us as something went wrong, and our role is to assist them and provide them with incredible customer service. As with most call centers, due to volume changes we do have extra hours requirements, and we ensure we provide ample notice to our employees when this is needed. We appreciate the feedback, and will share with our leaders as we strive for continuous improvement.

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Desventajas

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
