The people here are great and you build camaraderie with co-workers. It's challenging work with an emphasis on learning and developing different skill sets. Desventajas
Keeping up with the pace of growth can be challenging. Priorities will get re-organized due to new projects or set backs. There are not enough employees to keep up with the pace of growth or the workload that accompanies it.
