Zero Loyalty to long time employees: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Office Manager en Suburban Collection

Well, I was let go after 15 dedicated years to the company during a restructure to prepare for Lithia. There is just zero loyalty to employees. Looking back now, I am so happy that I am not there - imagine being forced to raise money for Strides Against Breast Cancer - and then the company can post a picture of itself handing the check over. When I say forced - I mean forced to raise money! it was awful and took all of the fun out of it. My advice is, as a former employee - go to another group like Szott or Serra, and they will treat you MUCH better than Suburban/Lithia will. I will continue to pull the few remaining employees out of that dumpster fire.
