Ventajas
I jumped on board with a team of professional go-getters, who at any time of day were willing to help get our project out the door. I was impressed with the speed, efficiency and collaborative mindset the team shares. This is a special agency that does foster a positive attitude no matter what the challenge, and the faces i saw everyday had nothing but interest and encouragement. I enjoyed learning from them daily, and would always be willing to come on board in the future. I felt i was generously compensated for my time and effort.
Desventajas
The project i encountered had a very fast paced demanding client, who offered nothing but last minute changes across a myriad of video projects. The amount of repeat work became mind numbing at some points throughout the scope of the project, as i personally felt their was way too many hurdles to jump through with such a small team dedicated to this massive project. A design agency we hired to help with the workload was abysmal at best, with miscommunication a daily if not hourly occurrence. Needless to say many weeks went sleepless and we always hit the deadline regardless of the workload, i was however completely burnt out at the end of my 4 month stint.
