The CEO is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Co-workers are also great to speak with and I generally had a great time working at this place. You can obviously tell management really cares about their employees. I miss it a lot :(

Did a 6 month WordPress contract here. It's the best run agency I've ever seen after 4y at 3 others. The management works hard and explicitly to care for their employees with work-life balance, PM ovrsight, casual heartfelt communications (no stove piping, infighting, etc.), all the employees are evenly warm and sane and caring, the PMs are truly experienced, the developers they hire are top caliber. I need not ensure clients have confidence through my review as all devs and PMs take initiative and care to keep clients informed and assured. The practices in tech, ticketing, tracking, agile, etc. are all top notch. Little more ideal can be asked of for a frontend-heavy digital agency. Working environment is wonderful in midtown. Buffalo office is on live Skype with an intimate working relationship to this office.
