      Ventajas

      Pay is ok but not great. Somewhat flexible hours. Many interesting projects to work on.

      Desventajas

      Pay is not great. Poor leadership on all levels. Owners walk around crying poor mouth. When budgets are made senior management will tell employees how they lost money on the project. Deadlines are always moving and stack up on each other. Junior management is more concerned with justifying their position than listening for solutions.

      Ventajas

      I've been with this company since Nov. 2020... it has come a VERY long way since then. All the negative pre-covid reviews can be ignored. The people here are all very talented and great to work with, and we execute a lot of really incredible projects. Hard work is always recognized and rewarded, and the compensation is generous.
