      Ventajas

      Working at StringCan is a dream. We work hard and we play hard! We have such a great company culture. You can truly be 100% yourself here at StringCan. The team is always there to guide you in the right direction and help you with whatever you need. It's fair to say the team has become my family. I have worked in many other places over the years, but I have finally found my place. There is so much growth and learning opportunities working at StringCan and the best part is that every day is different.

      StringCan Interactive is an exceptional company with a strong team of high-achievers who leverage their strengths to deliver remarkable results. The company culture is supportive and inclusive, and the leadership team genuinely cares about their employees. Despite having a small team, they are mighty and always willing to listen to new ideas. I highly recommend working at StringCan Interactive, where your voice and ideas are heard and valued.

      Desventajas

      Going to Scottsdale for quarterly planning is always fun … but dang Arizona is hot in June! It’s the only con I can think of. If there’s a con that emerges with this company, I bring it up, and it’s appropriately resolved or addressed.

      All processes are subject to change at any time A lot of turnover for such a small company 45+ hour weeks were the norm
