Ventajas

Strider has always had a remote working, so they are well set up for the remote working that came broadly into being in 2020. There is regular and consistent communication and our CEO always endeavours to provide us with all the support and tooling we require. It has a positive and nurturing culture, whereby we are given the space to do our job (no micromanagement), but the framework and support to ensure that deliverables are achievable and met. I love working for Strider and feel at home in this company, despite having only been employed for a month. I feel that my contribution is appreciated and have the sense that there is plenty of room for growth.

Desventajas

None. It's an excellent company to work for.

Ventajas

I applied for a specific role with a defined Job Description. I had a nice initial interview with talent acquisition. Relaxed team dynamic.

Desventajas

The JB and interview with the client was not the same. Having to manage a different email account was time consuming, and if one didn't respond to the emails, one would be called out in a group WhatsApp message. Too much emphasis on time sheets which were asked for way in advance from the end of the month which is not a true reflection actual work done at the client. Issues raised with the client were not timeously attended to.

Amazing employee support by a very welcoming team.

Contract based that you’ll end up yearning working with them forever.
