She replies within a day and gives advice when needed and keeps in contact to tell us changes within the website. •Allows me to work alongside my studies (I make what I’d make working a 40 hour week on minimum wage by doing less 2 hours on 3 nights a week) •I feel a sense of community since promoting my streamate on social media
Desventajas
•unable to work when on my period (I could work if I wanted to but I’d make a lot less money) •this job certainly isn’t for everyone! You need to know how to flirt people into getting a show or tipping you but also have to have your whits about you. If you are not good at setting boundaries or knowing when to say no this is not for you, and nobody will tell you that. •I understand why to have a lower percentage paid for models, because if it was too high I’d do even less hours. However, 30% is extremely low, especially when exchange rates from USD are always fluctuating. Even just a 5% increase would make a big difference to many models. •A possible solution could be to introduce models with a bonus or a temporary percentage increase when they have joined for a short while. This helps them equip themselves with a better webcam, and the toys they need to be a success. Or, there could be a startup fund whereby once you have been part of the site for x amount of time you can get reimbursed up to a certain amount for a better webcam or other such things if a receipt is provided.
