Salary if you reach over 130% of your target (recently infeasible). Some nice and bright colleagues.

Desventajas

Very poor working conditions, non-existent benefits, accidental managers, plainly stupid and ignorant senior management bereft of any leadership skills, terrible top-down and interdepartamental communication... you name it.
