Desventajas
1) Management by fear, constant threats of disciplinary actions against employees, including the new employees, even for minor errors. 2) Deliberate lies told by Management to employees, which destroyed the trust employees had for Managers 3) Hypocrisy by Managemement - they don't walk the talk 4) Demanding that employees meet deadlines but employees are not allowed to work beyond 8 hours a day or beyond 40 hours a week to meet those deadlines 5) Management makes false accusations against employees without any proof or evidence to back up their allegations 6) Long commute to work (4 hours round trip) makes it difficult to have a work-life balance 7) Employees expected to meet targets or goals even if they're out sick or if they're off due to illness of a family member 8) Bereavement leaves cut short by management since work has higher priority 9) Favoritism: those considered "useful" by management receive special treatment and protection, even if those "useful" workers had multiple disciplinary actions against them 10) Employees are not permitted to apply what they learned in "mandatory" training classes 11) Issues raised by employees do not go up the chain of command because the info is suppressed. 12) Dog-eat-dog mentality of co-workers, who out of fear, will try to survive by any means necessary, e.g. by fabricating lies or making false accusations against co-workers, blaming others, never admitting to making any mistakes, taking credit for work done by others. 13) Possible to promote to supervisor but if one desires to move up the corporate ladder to the Executive Level, only outsiders or consultants will be hired
