Ventajas
StackAdapt is one of the best companies I have worked for and have never felt more comfortable at a company. Not only do I feel seen, recognized, and appreciated for my contributions and efforts, but you have the opportunity to be a part of a real team structure and contribute to the team /company in a variety of ways. I can't speak highly enough of the culture and the people here - you really are part of a team! Along with the culture and people being amazing, the salary + benefits are competitive, and the opportunity for career growth and development is high. There are multiple forms of training available, including an amazing and in-depth onboarding period, which is great and not always available at other companies.
Desventajas
As with any fast growing "start up" there comes inevitable change. People need to be able to adapt to change and be open minded. You need to be able to grow together and accept change.
