Encouraging employees to leave reviews is a common practice- we need to take advantage of the opportunity to get the true spirit and voice of our employees represented and most are happy to write a review because it means they will help the company attract great talent and their future co-workers; they have a stake in it, too. I would also suggest that you talk to one of the leaders from the revenue team so that you can understand that model and the way our numbers are generated and transparent to the customers.
