Ventajas

High pay, fun, active culture. There was a friendly camaraderie and competitiveness that you need in an sdr org. I would consider many of my former co-workers to be friends. Good brand recognition made cold calls easier.

Desventajas

Their offering had good name recognition, but was tough to sell. They started pivoting to corporate data deal with LLM's instead of pushing their saas offering.

Positive, employee-friendly, inclusive, collaborative, and collegial culture. Fully remote work environment. Strong new leadership in the Revenue organization. Passion for the products. Still innovating after 17 years.

Desventajas

Company is going through a lot of changes. Solid business strategy and plan, but the environment can be intense. Turnover in Product leadership has not yet stabilized.
