      Ventajas

      Company is starting to grow exponentially. They have established a strong presence and are moving from "interesting startup" to "industry innovator". Founders have a strong vision for where they want to take the company and are building an excellent team to execute against that vision.

      Desventajas

      A bit too methodical in their growth planning. Company needs to hire for where they plan to be in 6 months rather than where they are right now.

      This company is amazing. I joined over 3 years ago as a contractor and have been continually impressed with the leadership and talent brought onboard. The mission is meaningful - deliver actionable intel that helps companies protect their people and assets. Working for a startup is incredibly energizing. Every day there are new challenges and the work done has an immediate impact.

      Desventajas

      Working for a startup is incredibly challenging. We are building the bridge as we're running across it, so everyone has to keep pace, but I find this fun. Maybe you will too!
