Ventajas

Low stress, supportive environment, good leadership, good training, reasonable work load, fully remote, good medical/dental/vision benefits (former government employee - same coverage), good on boarding, quick apply to hire timeline, education reimbursement, good pay, unlimited time off, no work outside of scheduled hours, no video required for meetings, Teams/RingCentral/Salesforce integrate well.

Desventajas

Equipment provided is cheap, no internet reimbursement, "holiday party" was a $20 food delivery gift card and slideshow about company success, holiday gift was small meat and cheese box, no bonus - none of this overshadows the huge pros, just think at the rate profit is growing, could extend more to employees. But I'm new, maybe more seasoned employees do have an elevated experience.

Ventajas

The services team is awesome. Generally everyone worked well together. Lots of work but good people. The VP of Operations is awesome, best leader I’ve ever worked for.

Desventajas

Always busy and pay is mid-range for the industry.
