      Ventajas

      Small companies, lots of opportunities to learn new things. Everyone was team players. We worked hard to help our customers and we also enjoyed working with each other, and having fun together.

      Desventajas

      Needed the growth plan, and created new products.

      No overtime work, good working environment. Good balance between work and home.

      Desventajas

      Salary is not good, now springsoft was acquired by SNPS, springsoft is gone now.
