      Ventajas

      The team is built around like minded people who all want to see each other achieve which is very refreshing. It is an adult culture which is hard to find in recruitment and I have enjoyed every day so far.

      Desventajas

      We are pretty much at start up stage so lots of data entry but it's not really a con as we will all benefit from this in the future.
