Ventajas
Initially, the atmosphere was laid-back. Depending on your manager, there was a great deal of understanding about life's demands and unexpected occurrences. Additionally, the scheduling was quite flexible, at least within my department.
Desventajas
Upon joining SpringEQ, I initially found it to be a welcoming workplace. My managers were supportive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. However, as time went on, it became apparent that the company suffered from significant disorganization and maintained unrealistic expectations. What troubled me further was the pattern I observed in my department: every individual who was either terminated or laid off happened to be Bl**k. Initially, six of my colleagues, including my manager, were labeled as "laid off," and all of them were Bl**k. This unsettling trend persisted when, a few months later, another Bl**k coworker faced the same fate. Eventually, I too found myself in the position of being "laid off," adding to the statistics of Bl**k employees affected in my small department alone. To compound matters, each vacant position was subsequently filled by a wh**e individual. The distressing narrative extended beyond my immediate circle, as two friends from different departments also fell victim to the same fate. Notably, they too were Bl**k. I want to emphasize that I am not one to hastily resort to playing the r**e card. However, these observations are based on undeniable facts and personal experiences. All of these occurrences unfolded within the span of just one year. During my 21 month tenure with the company I encountered significant challenges including gaslighting and instances of favoritism. One notable incident involved my Bl**k manager steppin in to defend me against unwarranted accusations of being "aggressive" by a fellow wh**e colleague's wh**te manager. This situation arose after I was initially approached with aggression and passive- aggressive tones.
