You will be thrown into projects with little support and expected to figure things out on your own. They are NOT following all the covid protocols I was told they had implemented and I’ve seen higher ups walking around without a mask on. DURING A VERY ACTIVE PANDEMIC! I absolutely regret taking this job offer. Whatever you hear about splashlight is true. This is a terrible place to work for.
